These terms govern use of Gymorion, provided by Professorion Group ("we," "us"), and this website. By signing up for Gymorion or using this site, a gym and its staff agree to these terms.
Gymorion is a gym management platform: a desktop dashboard for gym staff, a self-service app for gym members, and the public sign-up page a gym uses to create its account. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
A gym signing up must provide accurate information and is responsible for its staff accounts and credentials, including anything done under them. New signups are reviewed before activation. A gym should tell us promptly if it believes an account has been compromised.
Current pricing and plan tiers are published on the Gymorion pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods. Plans carry a 3-month minimum commitment and a 14-day money-back guarantee as stated there.
You agree not to:
A gym owns the data it enters into Gymorion about its own business and members. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, a gym may request an export or deletion of its data.
We aim to keep Gymorion available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned or emergency maintenance may cause brief downtime.
A gym may stop using Gymorion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to give notice first except where immediate action is needed to protect the platform or other gyms.
Gymorion is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Professorion Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This section will specify the governing jurisdiction once Professorion Group's formal registration is complete.
